Call an ambulance and do it right away
I receive a call from the ambulance crew, so I mainly answer the following.
- Who is lying down
- What are the symptoms now?
- When did you fall
- What floor are you on
If you have no breathing or pulse, you may be asked to have a heart massage.

Things to prepare before the ambulance arrives
- Notes on past illness history
- Health insurance card
- Medicine notebook
- The actual medicine you are taking
- Medical examination ticket for the hospital
Upon arrival, give them to the ambulance crew, explaining their symptoms immediately.
What to do after the ambulance arrives
If the location of the house is difficult to understand, call the ambulance crew in front of the house.
By the way, if there is no ambulance nearby, a red fire engine may come.
- Remove and widen your luggage from the entrance to the place where you are lying down
- If you’re riding an ambulance, change your clothes
- Those who have fallen will be transported in the same clothes, so prepare for changing clothes on the way back (don’t forget your shoes!)
